Kate is special counsel with the Commercial Law Counseling, Real Estate and Unclaimed Property Groups. Her practice involves a wide spectrum of local and national transactional matters and client advice, including business acquisition agreements, alternative entity matters, general contract law matters and commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing transactions.  Kate is also significantly involved in the representation of unclaimed property holders for both audits and voluntary disclosure programs.  Kate’s clients include, among others, The Delaware River and Bay Authority, The Port of Wilmington, Lucite International, Inc. and McConnell Development, Inc.

Kate devotes a portion of her time to pro bono matters as an attorney guardian ad litem and/or Frazier attorney in the Family Court for the State of Delaware.
