Matt is an associate with the Business Reorganization & Restructuring group. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.

Matt has been involved in complex chapter 11 proceedings and reorganization matters, representing various parties in interest, including debtors, official and ad hoc committees, asset purchasers, debtor-in-possession (“DIP”) lenders, and creditors.

Matt devotes a portion of his time to pro bono matters, including representing clients in matters in the Family Court for the State of Delaware.

In law school, Matt participated in the University of Maryland Myerowitz Moot Court Competition and served on the moot court board. He was also a Certified Student Lawyer at the University of Maryland’s Appellate Advocacy Clinic, where he represented clients in direct appeals of their criminal convictions.
