Morris Nichols Initiates Reopening of Office Space

We have been closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States and here in Delaware. Throughout this crisis, our attorneys and professionals have operated remotely, providing the high level of service our clients expect.

In accordance with guidance from state and local government and health officials, Morris Nichols will start to gradually reopen our office in Wilmington, Delaware on June 8.

The health and safety of our personnel, clients, and colleagues continues to be our top priority. Morris Nichols’ return to office work will follow a phased approach, under a voluntary basis, with precautionary safety measures in line with recommendations from the CDC and healthcare professionals.

Delaware courts and government institutions have issued orders concerning precautionary measures and procedures to meet social distancing requirements, including use of electronic signatures, face masks/coverings, and telephonic or virtual hearings.
