Mark Hurd Quoted on Front Page of International Financial Law Review Analysis of AIG, In Re Citigroup Decisions
Wilmington, DE – March 5, 2009 – Morris Nichols corporate and business litigation partner S. Mark Hurd was quoted in a front page article published by the International Financial Law Review that focused on the Delaware Chancery Court decisions AIG and In Re Citigroup.
In Delaware courts clear Citigroup and AIG, Mark provided informational background and pointed out the purpose and significance of the decisions that lay the groundwork for business judgment suits to be applied to actions taken by companies before the housing mortgage crisis. Also providing comment was Alan Stone, a former Morris Nichols partner, now at Milbank Tweed.
