Wilmington, DE (January 30, 2015) - Turnarounds & Workouts recognized Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP in its annual report identifying “Successful Restructurings” of 2014.

Morris Nichols was recognized for work on the chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring of Security National Properties Funding III, just one of 12 total restructurings that made the T&W list.
