Eric Klinger-Wilensky Named to 2015 Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40

Wilmington, DE (August 11, 2015) - Delaware Business Times has selected Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky as one of the “40 Under 40” achievers and innovators in Delaware. The second annual DBT40 highlights the accomplishments of 40 young professionals who are contributing to Delaware.

Eric is a partner with the Delaware Corporate Counseling Group.  His work often involves counseling corporations and special committees in the context of potential transactions, aiding corporations and investors in structuring capital investments, and advising generally on corporate governance issues.  He also provides corporate-related advice in the context of M&A litigation, and has been involved in a number of key M&A and other corporate opinions issued by the Delaware courts, including C&J Energy Services, Inc. v. City of Miami General Employees’ & Sanitation Employees’ Retirement Trust (Revlon and vested contract rights), Third Point LLC v. Ruprecht, Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. v. Airgas, Inc., and eBay Domestic Holdings, Inc. v. Newmark (each involving poison pills), In re Trados Incorporated Shareholders Litigation (merger involving conflict between preferred and common stockholders), SV Investment Partners, LLC v. ThoughtWorks, Inc. (preferred stockholder redemption provision), and In re OPENLANE, Inc. (Revlon opinion upholding sign and consent transaction structure).

On September 30, 2015, Eric will join his fellow DBT40 honorees at a reception at the Delaware Art Museum.
