Mergers & Acquisitions 2018: Advanced Trends and Developments

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella joins the Practising Law Institute’s two-day conference on mergers and acquisitions live in New York City and via webcast from January 11 to 12, 2018.

Tricia serves as faculty and will speak in the session “Advising the Board of Directors in an M&A Transaction: an Overview of the Board’s Responsibilities.” Panelists will discuss responding to takeover approaches, deciding whether to conduct a pre-signing market check, structuring a sale process, advising buy-side boards, and identifying and responding to conflicts of interest.
