IIEF Roundtable: Shareholder Democracy: Good, Bad or Unimportant?

Morris Nichols Corporate Litigation and Corporate Law Counseling Group Of Counsel and Best Lawyers 2009 Delaware Corporate Lawyer of the Year and 2010 Delaware Lawyer of the Year in Mergers & Acquisitions Law, Gil Sparks, will participate in the Institutional Investor Educational Foundation (IIEF) Roundtable “Shareholder Democracy: Good, Bad or Unimportant?” held in Philadelphia, December 3, 2010.  The discussion will focus on shareholder activism and its economic and political consequences.

Nationally known corporate governance expert Jill E. Fisch, Perry Golkin Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Co-Director of Penn Law's Institute for Law and Economics will serve as the Roundtable moderator.
