Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2015

The Practising Law Institute hosts a day-long CLE program on “Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2015” in Chicago on September 16, 2015. This annual program brings together faculty of lawyers, general counsels, regulators and investment bankers to explore the state of M&A and the trends for the year ahead.

Morris Nichols partner Jeff Wolters joins the panel discussion “Delaware Law Developments” at 10:00 a.m. to discuss trends in deal protection, shareholder litigation issues, and conflicts of interest.
