Morris Nichols Business Reorganization & Restructuring partner Gregory Werkheiser will serve as a panel speaker on the Financial Advisor Track program titled, Betting Big to Win Big: Retention and Compensation Issues in Chapter 11 Cases at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Southwest Bankruptcy Conference, September 8-10, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Greg’s panel will discuss issues and challenges related to engagements and fee structures; contingency fees and their interplay with litigation; retentions of non-attorneys under Section 328, indemnifications, bonuses and fee enhancements and other relevant topics.  A discussion will be led on how best to preemptively address payment risk from chapter 11 Debtors and how to craft protections into first-day and DIP financing motions to ensure clients don't also become charitable giving.  Among the distinguished panelists joining Greg are, Hon.
