2019 DSBA Bench and Bar Conference

On June 14, 2019, the Delaware State Bar Association hosts the annual Bench and Bar Conference in Wilmington, Del.

Morris Nichols attorney William Lafferty will speak on the Chancery Law panel, “The Road to Equity Is Paved with Preparation - Chancery Changes and Judicial Exchanges.”  Co-panelists, including current Delaware judicial officers and practitioners, will explore practical and ethical matters and assist practitioners to understand how to adapt to the changing ways to practice in the Chancery Court.
