On June 4, 2015, the Practising Law Institute hosts the day-long CLE program, “Delaware Law Developments 2015: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know” in New York City. This annual program focuses on the important Delaware corporate law developments over the past year and practical impacts on corporate or legal practice. 

Morris Nichols partner William M. Lafferty will join the panel discussion “Recent Developments in Delaware Law” at 9:15 a.m. The panel will explore appraisal litigation, standards of review applicable to controlling stockholder transactions, ratification of defective corporate acts, and proxy puts in debt agreements.
