Morris Nichols corporate and business litigation group partner Bill Lafferty will serve as Institute Faculty and speak on the Delaware Law Developments 2010:  What All Business Lawyers Need to Know panel at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) daylong program at the PLI Center in New York City, May 6, 2010.  The seminar will be webcast live.

This annual program will address the practical impact on corporate or legal practice key recent developments and trends in Delaware corporate case law involving fiduciary duties in the context of a struggling company, disclosure settlement fee awards, contractual interpretation of merger agreements and insider trading liability under Delaware law.  Joining Bill on the panel are J. Travis Laster, Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and moderator Stephen P. Lamb, former Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, who, among others, will share their insights and practical advice.
