Berkeley Corporate Conference 2016

UC Berkeley School of Law hosts a two-day conference focusing on “The Corporate Contract in Changing Times: Is The Law Keeping Up?” from April 14 to 15, 2016. Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty serves as a panelist in the April 14 afternoon session, “Anatomy of a Control Contest, c. 2016.” The roundtable will provide perspectives on increasingly frequent and challenging contests for corporate control.
