ACC Chicago: Holding Companies for Asian Investments – Are They Still Relevant?
The Association of Corporate Counsel Chicago Chapter will host a lunch program on May 12, 2016. Morris Nichols partner David Harris will join CSC director Kristina Koehler-Coluccia to present, “Holding Companies for Asian Investments—Are They Still Relevant?”
The program will look at a comparison of the typical holding jurisdictions utilized for inbound investment into Asia—including Delaware—and look at the most up-to-date company formation, corporate compliance and tax considerations one needs to know when operating in any one of the most common holding jurisdictions.
CLE opportunities are available. For more information and to register, visit the ACC Chicago event page.
