Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella will serve as a panelist in the webinar, “Advising Boards on M&A Transactions in Times of Distress” presented by the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee on July 17, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST.

Tricia will moderate a discussion of the unique issues that arise when advising boards on M&A transactions in times of distress, including identifying conflicts that may arise in a transaction, dealing with offers from insiders, considering the role of financial advisors and formulating a plan when a company is in distress.
