ABA 2015 Section of Litigation Annual Conference

The ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference will bring attorneys and judges from across the country to New Orleans, LA from April 15 to 17, 2015.  Morris Nichols partner William M. Lafferty will speak on the panel “Should Delaware Dictate Corporate Conduct? - Effects of Recent Delaware Decisions on Everything from Third-Party Liability to Choice of Forum” on April 17.  The program will examine the implications of recent Delaware decisions in merger litigation, focusing on third-party liability, forum selection, and fee-shifting.
