DSBA Presentation: Delaware Corporate Law's Response to the Regulatory Challenges of the Economic Crisis
Morris Nichols Corporate Litigation and Corporate Law Counseling Group partner A. Gilchrist Sparks III will serve as a faculty speaker and panelist at the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) seminar Delaware Corporate Law's Response to the Regulatory Challenges of the Economic Crisis in Wilmington, Delaware, June 18, 2009. His presentation is titled, Delaware’s Case Law Response. Among others, he will be joined on the panel by The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr., Vice Chancellor, Delaware Court of Chancery and Lawrence A. Hamermesh, Ruby R. Vale Professor of Corporate and Business Law, Widener University School of Law.
Gil was named 2009 Delaware Corporate Lawyer of the Year by the Best Lawyers in America.
