38th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute

On April 26-27, 2018, the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law hosts the 38^th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute in Chicago, IL. The conference presents private practitioners and corporate counsel with an analysis of current issues and developments challenging corporations.

Morris Nichols partner Jeff Wolters serves as a panelist in the session, “Navigating a Corporate Spinoff” on April 26. The program focuses on topics such as business and financial rationales, anticipating and managing activist demands, and board process and fiduciary duty considerations.
