Morris Nichols partner Jeffrey R. Wolters will speak at the 33rd Annual Business Law Institute in Atlanta, GA from Oct. 29-30, 2014. The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia will co-host the program.
Jeff will present the session on “Delaware Corporate Law Updates” on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The two-day event provides opportunities for CLE credit.
