2016 ABI Winter Leadership Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute hosts the 2016 Winter Leadership Conference from December 1-3, 2016 in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. 

On Friday, December 2, Morris Nichols partner Rob Dehney speaks in the session, “DIP Best Practices.” As Chapter 11 filings are up in 2016, so is the use of DIP financing. The panel of leading experts will discuss cutting-edge issues in DIP financing for large and middle-market cases.
