Messenger/ Office Services

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, located in Wilmington, DE, has an immediate opening for a messenger working the 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift in the Office Services Department. This is an entry-level position and will include some manual labor.  


  • Performing in-house and outside deliveries including service and filing of legal papers within walking distance. 
  • Preparation, sorting and delivering of inbound and outbound USPS, FedEx and UPS packages.
  • Work closely with in-house catering service.
  • Occasional reception desk coverage.
  • Records department assistance, such as filing, shredding and file management.
  • Faxing, scanning, and photocopying documents. 
  • Manual labor, i.e., lifting files up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis, moving furniture, assembling shelving, boxing files, etc. 
  • General assistance with other departments on an as needed basis. 


  • Some college and a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service industry. 
  • Experience in the legal industry a plus. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills required. 
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. 
  • Detail oriented. 
  • Commitment to performing quality work. 
  • Basic computer skills; 45-50 wpm.
