Morris Nichols partners Robert J. Dehney and Matthew B. Harvey co-authored a book chapter, “Seeing the Future: The Case of Seegrid Corporation” in Global Restructuring Review’s new book The Art of the Pre-Pack.

The Art of the Pre-Pack draws on contributions from 18 pre-eminent practitioners in various key markets to provide an overview of the art of completing a pre-pack deal, using overviews, country chapters and case studies.

Rob and Matt’s chapter is a case study of Seegrid Corporation, “an artificial intelligence and robotics company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that produces self-driving vehicles for materials handling.” The authors recount that, “By 2014, after years of raising capital to support product development and business growth, the company was faced with a convoluted capital structure and overburdened balance sheet that hampered its ability to raise new capital.”
