Megan’s practice focuses on patent infringement litigation. She represents clients in a variety of technological fields, particularly in the pharmaceutical and chemical arts. Her experience also includes inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
Megan has been involved in all phases of litigation, including fact discovery, motions practice, discovery, trial, and appeal.
Prior to attending law school, Megan worked as a research and development chemist for a specialty chemical manufacturer, developing new synthetic products and optimizing existing manufacturing processes.
