Jeremy is a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group and serves on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee. He represents clients as lead or Delaware counsel in litigation in the District of Delaware in a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, software, and networking technology. He has served as lead counsel for Recro, Alkermes, Elan, Solenis, Netflix, Versata, and others in patent and trademark cases. In 2013, Jeremy completed the Federal Trial Practice Seminar, sponsored by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Federal Bar Association. Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the investigatory arm of the National Association of Securities Dealers.

In 2018, he was recognized as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers.
