Jeff is an associate with the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. His practice focuses on patent, copyright and trademark cases encompassing many areas of technology.
Before joining Morris Nichols, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher J. Burke of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. In law school, Jeff served as a staff and an articles editor of the Temple Law Review and also participated in the American Intellectual Property Law Association (“AIPLA”) Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition. At graduation, Jeff was awarded the Albert L. Bricklin Memorial Award for achieving the highest cumulative grade point average in the Evening Division and the Robert C. Podwil Memorial Prize for excellent academic performance in the area of intellectual property. Additionally, Jeff won the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2015 George Hutchinson Writing Competition Award.
