Emily is an associate with the Corporate & Business Litigation Group.  Her practice involves corporate and commercial litigation and includes national and regional clients.

In law school, Emily served as a research assistant to Professor Danielle Citron and Professor Seema Kakade, conducting research on privacy law, accountable algorithms, free speech and technology, and state and federal environmental law issues.  She was also a certified student attorney in the University of Maryland’s Environmental Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Emily worked as a radio producer on the show Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane at National Public Radio’s Philadelphia affiliate, WHYY FM.
