Corinne is an associate with the Corporate & Business Litigation Group. Her practice involves corporate and commercial litigation and includes national and regional clients.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Corinne was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court. While clerking, she researched substantive and procedural legal issues for civil, criminal and complex commercial cases; drafted bench memoranda, orders, and opinions; and attended court proceedings.
In law school, Corinne worked as legal extern at the intellectual property and transactional law clinic in Richmond. She also served as executive editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and volunteered her time with the Carrico Center’s Street Law Program.
