Adam is an associate with the Corporate & Business Litigation Group.  His practice involves corporate and commercial litigation and includes national and regional clients.

As a law clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Valihura of the Delaware Supreme Court, Adam gained valuable experience working on appeals from the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and Family Court.

In law school, Adam served as an executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and a guest editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.  He also received the Brooks Pierce Writing Award and volunteered his time with the Wake Forest Veterans Legal Clinic.
