  • Kyle, a partner in the corporate counseling group, recently authored an article in The Corporate Governance Advisor discussing four possible approaches when crafting forum selection, or exclusive forum, provisions requiring certain claims to be brought in a specific court or courts. In his practice, Kyle provides Delaware law advice on matters of corporate governance and transactions involving publicly traded, as well as privately held, corporations.
