The Intellectual Property Litigation Group has represented clients in complex disputes involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and antitrust issues. We have successfully litigated cases on products and services in all areas of technology, in the Delaware District Court, the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court, and federal courts throughout the country, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
