Rick Alexander Quoted in National Law Journal - Focus on Amendments to Delaware Corporation Law

Wilmington, DE – April 20, 2009 – Morris Nichols’ corporate law and M&A partner Rick Alexander was quoted in The National Law Journal this week in an article analyzing the recent amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law signed into law by Delaware Governor Jack A. Markell on April 10, 2009.

In the article Delaware Law Changes May Help Shareholder Activists, Rick explained the background of the new law which will take effect on August 1, 2009.

Rick is vice-chair of the Corporation Law Section for the Delaware State Bar Association, which annually recommends updates to the corporation law to the state legislature.
