Todd Flubacher, Kimberly Gill Speak at 2009 Delaware Tax Institute
Wilmington, DE – February 6, 2009 – Todd Flubacher, partner, and Kimberly Gill, associate, in the Trusts, Estates and Tax Group, were speakers at the 2009 Delaware Tax Institute held at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware on January 30, 2009.
Todd presented Delaware Trust Case Law Updates, and Kim presented Tax Exempt Organizations Update.
The 2009 Delaware Tax Institute is a taxation and estate planning conference that presents current developments, planning ideas and hot topics to attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and other professionals in the Delaware area. The Delaware Tax Institute has been held annually for decades and is co-sponsored by Widener Law School.
About the Presenters
Todd Flubacher is the former Chair, Estates and Trusts Section of Delaware State Bar Association (2004-2005) and former Chair, Taxation Section of Delaware State Bar Association (2007-2008). He is the practice group coordinator for the Trusts, Estates and Tax Group.
Kimberly Gill is an annual speaker at the Delaware Tax Institute. She is Secretary, Delaware State Bar Association, Section on Taxation, and a member of the Estates and Trusts Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. Her practice focuses on trust law, estate planning and state and federal income tax law with a particular emphasis serving non profit and tax exempt organizations.
