Chambers USA 2008 Names 18 Morris Nichols Attorneys and Five Practice Groups as Best in Delaware
Wilmington, DE – June 16, 2008 – The 2008 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business today ranked five Morris Nichols’ practice groups and 18 attorneys as best in Delaware.
Chambers annually conducts in-depth interviews of commercial users of legal services to assess the strengths and reputations of US attorneys. Rankings are based on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment and other qualities most valued by clients.
Law firms and individual attorneys are ranked in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best. The firm’s Business Reorganization and Restructuring, Chancery, Corporate/M&A and Intellectual Property practices ranked in Band 1. The Real Estate practice group ranked in Band 2 and is among the top five rated state-wide.
