Nachbar & Lafferty Named In Securities Litigation Rankings

Kenneth J. Nachbar and William M. Lafferty have been named to Lawdragon’s “100 Lawyers You Need to Know in Securities Litigation”.  Lawdragon surveyed more than 50,000 attorneys, judges and corporate counsel seeking their nominations for the lawyers making waves in securities litigation.  The lawyers Lawdragon chose to feature generally specialize in private shareholder class actions, winning the critical motions to dismiss and trying the rare cases.
