Morris Nichols Elects Todd A. Flubacher To Partnership

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP is pleased to announce that Todd A. Flubacher has been elected to the partnership effective January 1, 2008. Mr. Flubacher is currently an associate with the firm’s Trusts, Estates and Tax Group.

Mr. Flubacher serves as Delaware trust counsel to numerous institutional fiduciaries, lawyers and individual clients in Delaware and across the country.  His practice emphasizes the unique aspects of Delaware trust law, including asset protection trusts, dynasty trusts, directed trusts and all aspects of the validity, construction and administration of Delaware trusts.   Mr. Flubacher routinely petitions the Delaware Court of Chancery on behalf of clients in trust matters.   He also represents individual clients in matters of complex estate planning, asset protection, estate administration, trust and estate litigation and represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service. 

Mr. Flubacher currently serves as the Chair of the Tax Section of the Delaware State Bar Association (“DSBA”) and is a former Chair of the Estates and Trusts Section of the DSBA.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware and currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair of the Membership Committee of the Council.  Mr. Flubacher frequently speaks on the subject of Delaware trust law and has written several articles.
