A. Gilchrist Sparks III Selected As One Of The Most Influential Players in Corporate Governance

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell, LLP attorney A. Gilchrist Sparks III has been selected as one of the most influential players in corporate governance in Directorship 100 in its September 2007 issue.

The selection process was completed by a distinguished board of advisers, reader surveys and the editors of Directorship.  The 300 nominations were winnowed down to a list of 100 influential players who drive the corporate governance agenda inside America’s boardrooms.  Directorship is a bimonthly magazine written for corporate board members and executives.
