Wolters & Honaker "Write the Book" on the 2007 Amendments to Delaware General Corporation Law

Two attorneys in the Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group at Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell, LLP recently authored an “Analysis of the 2007 Amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law,” that appeared in Corporation, a publication of Aspen Publishers Inc.  Partner Jeffrey R. Wolters and Associate James D. Honaker wrote the article for the August 15, 2007 issue.

Jeff focuses his practice on advising and counseling clients in corporate transactions and often is involved in counseling strategic and financial investors, boards of directors and board committees.

James concentrates on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law. He often collaborates with attorneys in the firm in writing opinions of legal issues dealing with Delaware corporate law and related matters.
