Jeffrey Wolters Presents at the 2011 Georgia Business Law Institute – Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law

Wilmington, DE – October 27, 2011 – Jeffrey Wolters, Morris Nichols Corporate Law Counseling Group partner, presented Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law at the 30th Annual Georgia Business Law Institute on October 20, 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia. 

The two-day Institute, co-sponsored by the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, included a faculty of over 20 distinguished practitioners, government officials and legal strategists drawn from a wide variety of business law areas.
 
Jeff is a member of the Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group, which specializes in providing advice on corporate transactions.  His work often involves counseling strategic and financial investors, boards of directors and board committees, including special committees appointed to negotiate mergers or other significant transactions such as those in which directors or large stockholders have an interest.
