Gregory Werkheiser Speaks at The Distressed Debt Conference 2011 – New Rules of Disclosure in Bankruptcy

Wilmington, DE – October 28, 2011 – Gregory Werkheiser, a Morris Nichols’ business reorganization and restructuring partner, served as a panel speaker on the program titled News Rules of Disclosure in Bankruptcy at The Distressed Debt Conference 2011, held October 3-4, 2011 in New York City.

Greg’s panel discussed, among other things, the disclosure requirements imposed by the newly adopted amendments to Rule 2019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the amended Rule’s anticipated impact on the participation in chapter 11 cases by groups and other aggregations of debt and equity holders.  Other panelists included, moderator Robin Phelan of Haynes & Boone LLP, Craig Rasile of DLA Piper, and Eric Winston of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP.
