Ten Morris Nichols Practice Areas Named in U.S. News/Best Lawyers 2010 Rankings of Best Law Firms

Wilmington, DE – September 16, 2010 – Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP has been named in the inaugural U.S. News & World Report/Best Lawyers 2010 “Best Law Firms” rankings.  Morris Nichols was recognized as “First Tier” in ten practice areas.

Those practice areas are Administrative/Regulatory Law, Banking and Finance Law, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, Corporate Law, General Commercial Litigation, Government Relations Practice, Intellectual Property Law, Land Use & Zoning Law, Real Estate Law and Trusts & Estates Law.  The firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Law practice was also included in the rankings.
