Wilmington, DE – June 1, 2010 – Lou Hering, Morris Nichols Commercial Law Counseling Group partner, served as a program panelist discussing Fiduciary Duties and the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing in LPs and LLCs at the half-day Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) CLE seminar Hot Topics on Delaware Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships in Wilmington, Delaware, May 13, 2010.
The Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware and the author of the recent Nemec decision addressing the implied covenant, among others, also participated on the panel. The seminar was sponsored by the Alternative Entity Subcommittee of the Corporation Law Section of the DSBA.
