Wilmington, DE (May 13, 2010) – Morris Nichols Business Reorganization and Restructuring Group partner and practice group coordinator Robert Dehney served on the panel Today’s Climate in Reorganizations – Views From Legal/Turnaround Professionals & Bankruptcy Judges at the 3rd Annual New York Institute of Credit/ABF Journal/TMA Philadelphia Education Conference in Villanova, Pennsylvania, on April 8, 2010.
