Eric Schwartz Receives 2009 TerraLex Distinguished Service Award

Wilmington, DE – December 16, 2009 – Morris Nichols business reorganization and restructuring partner Eric Schwartz is the recipient of the 2009 TerraLex Distinguished Service Award. 

The Award was given at the TerraLex Annual Meeting in Hong Kong and honors Eric for his substantial efforts organizing and developing the North American region of the TerraLex Insolvency/Bankruptcy Practice Group.  The Group focuses its efforts on exchanging information on bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights issues in over 100 countries represented by its worldwide network of 15,000 attorneys and in cross-border insolvency cases.  Eric, who has over 15 years experience representing debtors and creditors in insolvency cases and out-of-court restructurings, is the Group’s North American, Regional Co-Vice Chair.
