Wilmington, DE – October 28, 2009 – Morris Nichols’ Corporate Litigation and Corporate Law Counseling Group partner and Best Lawyers 2009 Delaware Corporate Lawyer of the Year A. Gilchrist Sparks III and Special Counsel Patricia O. Vella served as faculty speakers at the day-long CLE seminar, Office and Trial Practice, co-sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Bar Foundation, held on October 23, 2009, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, Wilmington, Delaware.  Approximately 150 attended this year’s Office and Trial Practice seminar.

The panel on which Gil served, Corporate Law:  Current Developments, featured the Hon. Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware as Discussion Leader and also included Luke W. Mette, Assistant General Counsel, Litigation, AstraZeneca and Stuart Grant, Grant & Eisenhofer.  The panel on which Tricia served, Corporate Transactions:  Best Practices, included Srinivas M. Raju, Richards Layton & Finger, P.A. and Mark A. Morton, Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP.
