Approximately 200 attended this year’s day long Institute that presented SEC officials, corporate counsel, governance officers, chief financial officers, accounting professionals and law firm partners, who examined the latest developments and trends, provided insight into what lies ahead and imparted practical, actionable guidance on the crucial issues facing today's corporate and securities law practitioners and finance professionals.
