Chambers USA 2009 Names 20 Morris Nichols Attorneys and Five Practice Groups as Best in Delaware

Wilmington, DE – June 12, 2009 – The 2009 edition of Chambers USA:  America’s Leading Lawyers for Business today ranked twenty Morris Nichols’ attorneys and five practice groups as best in Delaware.

Chambers annually conducts in-depth interviews of commercial users of legal services to assess the strengths and reputations of US attorneys.  Rankings are based on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by clients. 

Law firms and individual attorneys are ranked in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best.  The firm’s Business Reorganization and Restructuring, Chancery, Corporate/M&A & Alternative Entities and Intellectual Property practices ranked in Band 1. The Real Estate practice group ranked in Band 2 and is among the top five rated state-wide.
