Wilmington, DE (May 6, 2009)  Business Reorganization and Restructuring Group partner and practice group coordinator Robert Dehney was a featured moderator at the Distressed & Turnaround Investment Forum – Spring 2009 in Chicago on April 28 – 29, 2009.

Rob moderated the panel Looking for DIP? An Evaluation of Market Availability, Sources, and Terms.  He was joined by F. John Stark III, Managing Director, Financial Restructuring Group, Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. and Murray Stegelmann, Managing Director for Kilamanjaro Advisors.

The Distressed & Turnaround Investment Forum 2009 is among the premier distressed investing conferences in the U.S. representing investors, private equity, hedge fund and other deal makers.  This year’s Forum will focus in Washington’s workout policies and plans for distressed debt and other toxic assets.
