Morris Nichols Business Reorganization & Restructuring Group partner and practice group coordinator Robert Dehney will be a featured moderator for the panel Current Legal Developments and the Impact on Private Equity and Hedge Funds at the 2012 TMA Distressed Investing Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 18-20, 2012. Rob also served on the 2012 TMA Distressed Investing Conference Planning Committee.
