On January 13, 2015, the Practicing Law Institute hosts a day-long program on secured transactions, taking an in-depth look at Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Morris Nichols partner Tarik Haskins serves as faculty and will present the session, “LLC and Limited Partnership Interests as Collateral.” He will discuss the effects of UCC characterization of equity interests, effects of entity statutes, and UCC negotiation of anti-assignment provisions.
